After 1 year on the Market my House in Hull is still on the market.
| 1. My house on the market again, but with Reeds Rains estate agent. |
| 2. I have reduced the asking price for the house to £61 950. |
| 3. If feel I should try to advertise the house my self, I can't do any worse. I would be able to sell the house cheaper, as it eliminates Estate Agent fees. |
| 4. The other possiblility is to rent out the house, but it doen't solve the problem of selling the house.I will wait until June or July then I will advertise again to rent my house |
